Spirituality gives you nothing it just makes you aware of your surroundings which makes you to watch happiness around you which has been there since ages but we haven't discovered due to unawareness.

2. Following a healthy lifestyle, it includes eating healthy food, doing brisk exercise daily, playing any sports that include physical movement, and hanging around more with positive people. It will help in developing your personal growth.
3. Use music as a source of happiness, listening to music will lead to a burst of instant happiness. Music has a great ability of healing.
