What is motivation?
The word motivation comes from the Latin word ‘Movere’ which means ‘to move’
Motivation is the factor that stimulates us to do the desired work which will lead us to the success and goals in our life.
There are three types of motives – biological motives(like hunger, regulation of the body, need for sleep, physical motive, etc.), social motives(like achievement, power, curiosity, etc.), and personal motives(like habits, goals of life, attitude, interest, etc.).
Some sort of recognition typically drives motivation.
What is individual motivation?
Individual motivation or personal motivation can be defined as motivation arising from an individual’s internal desires for the satisfaction and fulfillment of specific needs.
Individual motivation can be built from any external source or it can come from inside which is known as intrinsic motivation.
How do people get motivated?
People get motivated by various factors:

2. Avoiding losses
3. Hitting “rock bottom”
4. Intrinsic motivation
5. Maintaining a positive self-image

What are cultivation skills?
The cultivation skills of any person are the abilities to develop something such as an attitude, ability, or any skill.
A well-cultivated person knows how to behave, learn and grow in any situation.
Here are some ways to improve your cultivation skills:
1. Make a list of all your favorite things
2. Take a break
3. Reminisce on good things
4. Participate in community events
5. Look forward to the feeling of relief and satisfaction
6. Spend time with your family and friends
7. “Just do it” Procrastination is and always will be a nuisance and a hindrance to motivation
8. Stay healthy
9. Know your wants
10. Keep a journal (Through your writing you will be able to monitor your feelings)
